Refunds for Missing or Damaged Items

We accept refunds or replacements for any product that is:

  • Missing from your order

  • Damaged during transit

  • Leaking, defective, or non-functional (e.g., vape pens or cartridges)

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product or packaging

Once verified, we will issue a full refund, send a replacement, or offer store credit—depending on your preference and product availability.


Return Policy

Due to strict health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on cannabis products that have been:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Tampered with

All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or is missing from your order.


Incorrect or Wrong Items Sent

If we send you the wrong product, we will gladly replace it or provide store credit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and ensure the product is:

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Untampered with

We’ll cover any additional shipping costs associated with correcting the mistake.


Vape Pen & Cartridge Issues

We understand that vape pens and cartridges can sometimes malfunction. If your device arrives defective, please reach out immediately. We may issue a replacement or store credit after verifying the issue.

Please do not dispose of the item until we’ve reviewed your case.


Delivery Errors or Delays

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect addresses

  • Missed deliveries (e.g., customer unavailable)

  • Failure to provide valid ID upon delivery

If your order was lost or severely delayed due to an error on our end or our delivery partner, we will investigate and may issue store credit or a full refund, depending on the outcome.


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used cannabis products

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods once delivered and accepted

 Store Credit Policy

If a refund isn’t possible, we may offer store credit as an alternative. Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 30 days of issue unless stated otherwise.
